The Senior Division

MYSC offers different program options based on a continuum of ability and commitment. The goal of the Senior Division is to provide every player, irrespective of team placement, the most conducive experience to grow, develop and compete in the game of soccer. The program experiences are listed below representing the different levels of competition, ability and commitment. Placement onto an appropriate team is determined in the month of June through the Placement/Tryout Process.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The MYSC Senior Competitive program provides a venue for players to improve their skills and develop their game to the highest possible level by training and playing in a challenging and competitive environment with like-minded players. The MYSC Senior Competitive Program traditionally consists of the following teams designations:

• The Blue team experience
• The White experience
• The Senior team experience.

MYSC is committed to providing a place for all players who are interested in playing the game of soccer. Placements attempt to put like-minded and like skilled players together.

Distinguishing Features of the MYSC Senior Division:

• Coaching - MYSC places a high priority on hiring a highly qualified, licensed and knowledgeable coaching staff
• A Technical Coaching Staff comprised of some of the most qualified Coaching Directors in the Region, who work with the age group coaching staff to ensure that all the developmental goals of the club are achieved
• A long term player development model
• Promoting player opportunities through movement within age divisions and across the junior division
• A detailed list of expectations and guidelines defining the players experience
• A comprehensive fee system detailing program expenses
• Access to a list of pre-selected competitive tournaments throughout the State and Region
